If there’s any sign of manufacturing defect on the item that you have purchased or if you find that the product does not fit you well, you may return the product within 30-days for an exchange or a refund.
Please note that the product will have to be in the exact same condition as when you have received it and with the original packaging.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION
In order to protect all our customers and make sure that we handle every return or exchange with reasonable fairness, we refuse to accept a return or exchange in certain situations, including:
- Products damaged by misuse, abuse, improper care or negligence, or accidents (including pet damage/any domesticated animal.)
- Products showing damage
- Products lost or damaged due to fire, flood, or natural disaster.
- Products returned for personal reasons unrelated to product performance or satisfaction.

- Products that are found to be non-in accordance to CAMAY Return/Exchange/Refund policy but yet are posted to Warehouse/Premise/Return Center shall not be entitled for Return to customer unless cost is borne by customer.
EXCHANGE ELIGIBILITY
Exchanges are only available for the same products. Exchanging for a different product is strictly not allowed.
Applicable for return and exchange in the event of “wrong order number” or “defect upon receiving”.

REFUND PROCESS
Refunds are typically issued via your preferred payment method indicated while placing your order.
